Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust therapy based on student needs
- Organized, team-oriented, and ready to make a difference
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech/language interventions into classroom settings
- Maintain accurate, timely records and document student progress
- Provide education and resources to support academic success and social development
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
