Qualifications:

• Current or pending active Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology (must be obtained by start date)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt caseload to age/grade assignment as discussed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized education plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Contribute to a positive school environment, advocating for student needs
