This position welcomes applicants who are fully licensed SLPs or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Active Texas licensure is required by your start date, ensuring you’re able to make an immediate impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility, obtained by start date)
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Previous experience in schools or working with children is valued
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students with a wide range of communication needs
• Adapt strategies to individual student strengths and requirements
