Step into a dynamic role supporting student success as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year. This is a contract position providing invaluable speech and language services in a vibrant educational setting. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, at 37.5 hours per week. Onsite presence is preferred, but remote candidates will be considered if paired with an in-person SLPA.

As a valued contributor, you’ll play a crucial part in helping students develop effective communication skills, supporting both their academic and social growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, implementation of interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with other educational staff, students' families, and comply with state and district documentation protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an active Georgia SLP license and/or educator certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCCs) preferred
  • Previous work in school-based settings is highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to a full-time, school-year schedule
  • Comfortable working onsite or virtually (with onsite SLPA partnership if remote)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload
  • Conduct student assessments and create detailed evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring full compliance with all regulations
  • Regular communication with families and staff to support student progress
