We are seeking an experienced speech-language pathologist (SLP) to assist on campus, providing critical speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 50 students. This in-person role offers 18-24 hours per week, making it ideal for professionals seeking a flexible schedule while making a significant impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in Texas
  • Prior experience supporting school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care
  • Comfortable working fully onsite; remote or hybrid work is not available at this time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to support students’ academic and social development
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services rendered
