This full-time position offers 35 hours per week, serving students across Harrisburg, Perry County, and the Upper Dauphin areas for the 2026-2027 school year. With several openings available, you’ll play a vital role in fostering student growth within a caring, collaborative environment.

What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with early childhood populations highly desired
  • Will consider well-qualified, experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students efficiently
  • Passion for making a difference in young children’s lives

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, and communication abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy within an early childhood program
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and classroom success
  • Document and monitor student outcomes, adjusting approaches as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as program guidelines
