Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLP or SLP-CFY roles)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellowship applicants encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads strongly desired
- Knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP processes, and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders for elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and compliance requirements
- Provide consultation, training, and resources for educators on communication strategies
- Support inclusive education practices within the school
