Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLP or SLP-CFY roles)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellowship applicants encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads strongly desired
  • Knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP processes, and evidence-based intervention techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders for elementary school students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and compliance requirements
  • Provide consultation, training, and resources for educators on communication strategies
  • Support inclusive education practices within the school
