Step into a dynamic school-based environment supporting students across K-12 as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Located near Hershey and Harrisburg, PA, this opportunity is ideal for SLPs with their CCC, eager to make an impact throughout the academic year. Full-time schedules are available at 35 hours per week, working with a welcoming educational team in a collaborative setting.

There are three K-12 maternity leave coverage positions available:

  • Start as soon as possible and continue through mid-October.
  • Begin mid-October and extend through January.
  • Start mid-December and run until March.

Following these assignments, you’ll have the opportunity to extend your contract through the end of the school year, transitioning to an early intervention caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification required.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, working with K-12 populations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently across different grade levels.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and intervention services to K-12 students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create positive learning environments.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, with transitions between school-aged and early intervention groups.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district requirements.
