Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
• Pennsylvania state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Previous school-based and teletherapy experience is highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and complete progress reports
• Work in partnership with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Engage in team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities
• Utilize teletherapy platforms and in-person methods as required by the district
• Maintain compliant documentation and timely reporting
