Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.
- Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision support is available.
- Experience working with K-8 students preferred, but a passion for fostering communication skills at elementary and middle school levels is essential.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs across K-8 grades.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to help students achieve their goals.
