Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.
  • Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision support is available.
  • Experience working with K-8 students preferred, but a passion for fostering communication skills at elementary and middle school levels is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs across K-8 grades.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to help students achieve their goals.
