Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience working with elementary populations preferred
  • Skilled in administering assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing targeted interventions
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' communication skills and language abilities
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Contribute to case conferences and participate in team meetings as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students of all backgrounds
