Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with elementary populations preferred
- Skilled in administering assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing targeted interventions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' communication skills and language abilities
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Contribute to case conferences and participate in team meetings as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students of all backgrounds
