Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Harrison, ID. In this flexible, part-time role, you'll dedicate one full day each week (excluding Wednesdays and Fridays) to providing essential speech-language services to a manageable caseload of roughly 10 students. Your focus will be on direct therapy that empowers each student to communicate more confidently and participate fully in their educational experience.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in the state required
  • Experience with school-aged populations, particularly MS/HS students
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students according to their IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and document progress on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support student communication and language needs
  • Consult with educators and caregivers, sharing insights and strategies for ongoing growth
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all required reporting guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed

This assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through early June.
