Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license and state credentials
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with K-12 populations preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt therapy plans to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with school teams and families
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and district or building support teams
  • Educate staff and families about strategies to support student communication in the classroom and at home
  • Support a positive, inclusive learning environment focused on student growth
