Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license and state credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with K-12 populations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt therapy plans to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with school teams and families
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and district or building support teams
- Educate staff and families about strategies to support student communication in the classroom and at home
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment focused on student growth
