Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Hold or working towards ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Connecticut
  • Experience or strong interest in elementary school settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation
  • Background in teletherapy is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other team members to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school culture
