Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or working towards ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Connecticut
- Experience or strong interest in elementary school settings
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation
- Background in teletherapy is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other team members to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school culture
