Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC licensure in Connecticut is required
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and intervention to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and develop speech-language goals and plans
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Provide consultation and strategies for teachers and parents to generalize skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for student needs
