Make a meaningful impact supporting students in grades 6, 7, 8, and those in transition to adulthood as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist! This rewarding contract opportunity offers a flexible, part-time schedule—work 3 days per week (18 hours total) with days chosen to fit your availability, keeping a consistent routine with your students.

As an SLP with CCC credentials, you’ll provide services to a diverse caseload in a collaborative school environment. You’ll engage with middle and transition-age students, delivering direct therapy, supporting IEP goals, and playing a vital role in planning for student success. Your expertise will also be valued in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings, all scheduled within your working days for seamless coordination.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver speech-language services to students in grades 6, 7, 8, and transition programs
  • Complete assessments and design individualized therapy plans
  • Track progress and maintain detailed documentation per IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, related service staff, and families to ensure holistic support
  • Participate in PPT meetings to help shape student programming and goals
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members

Desired background:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience or comfort working with middle and transition-age students
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practices
