Speech and Language Pathologist - Hartford, SD

Two full-time positions are available, each offering a 37.5-hour work week supporting an engaging elementary caseload across one to two locations. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary-grade students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to create and adapt individualized treatment plans for varying student needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students on your caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting techniques to student needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Consult regularly with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and school policies
