Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a split setting and work with diverse student populations
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services within both preschool and elementary school environments
