Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus, though not required
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Commitment to collaboration with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide therapy services to students across selected caseloads and age groups
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to support student learning and participation
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
