This full-time role runs from August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027, following the school calendar. Qualifications and Desired Credentials:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and fingerprint background check, as required by the district
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to a diverse student population (details of caseload and school assignments to be determined)
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Maintain timely, detailed documentation per program and district guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise in student progress reviews
  • Follow all district and state requirements for credentialing and service delivery
