We are actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Hastings, NE for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an on-site, in-person role working with diverse student populations in a collaborative educational environment.
This opportunity is ideal for SLPs passionate about helping students improve speech, language, communication, and social skills in a school-based setting.
Position Details:
Middle School SLP
• Work with middle school students
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver speech-language therapy services in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and manage IEPs and therapy goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide support for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Nebraska SLP license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates may be considered)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
