This full-time, 37.5-hour/week role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across several school settings, including PreK, elementary, and middle/high schools, with a manageable caseload of 50-55 students. Whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC or a Clinical Fellow (CFY), your expertise and passion for supporting young learners will be highly valued.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Strong background in pediatric, school-based, and teletherapy services
  • Experience or willingness to work across age ranges, from PreK to high school
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, teachers, and families
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing caseloads, documentation, and progress monitoring

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech services to students in-person or via teletherapy
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ongoing communication with teams and parents
  • Foster inclusive, encouraging environments for student progress
