Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Havelock, NC

Applicants with SLP-CCC credentials and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are both encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position, and you’ll serve a caseload of approximately 50-55 students spread across a range of age groups and school environments.

Your expertise will support students in Vanceboro, New Bern, Havelock, and neighboring areas, bringing vital services to a diverse regional student population. Interviews are being scheduled now for enthusiastic SLPs eager to grow professionally and positively impact young lives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC or eligible CFY status required
• Experience providing therapy in PreK, elementary, and/or secondary school settings
• Skilled in pediatric speech-language evaluation and intervention
• Ability to adapt services for both in-person and teletherapy models
• Strong collaboration skills for working with special education staff, families, and administrators
• Familiarity with varied caseloads and developmentally appropriate therapeutic approaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and voice assessments
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate on IEP development with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver therapy services in person and via teletherapy, as needed
• Monitor progress, document sessions, and communicate outcomes to families and staff
• Participate in professional development and school-based meetings
