Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Licensure to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a PreK caseload (10-15 students) across community sites
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain progress records and document services per state and federal guidelines
• Advocate for the needs of early learners by implementing creative, engaging interventions
