This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about one-on-one instruction and tailoring therapy sessions to individual needs.
As the dedicated clinician for this student, you’ll conduct two 45-minute sessions per week, onsite at the student’s residence. Your expertise in school-based SLP services will be crucial in helping facilitate meaningful progress and supporting the student’s educational journey.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state of Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Background supporting medically fragile or complex-needs students desirable
- Compassionate communicator and flexible problem-solver
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized speech-language therapy focused on the student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with family, caregivers, and educational teams to support therapy goals
- Track and document session outcomes and progress toward IEP objectives
