Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working in school-based settings with elementary-age students
  • Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to work with a caseload of approximately 50 students across two school sites
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to working in person and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs and educational goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Consult with teachers and staff to integrate supportive strategies into the classroom
  • Collaborate with caregivers and participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights and updates
  • Maintain thorough documentation and keep records current for all students on the caseload
  • Travel between two elementary schools, ensuring consistent and high-quality services

This is a full-time role, with flexible scheduling options between 7 to 8 hours per day for 4-5 days each week, supporting work-life balance while providing the necessary attention to each student.
