Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in school-based settings, ideally at the elementary level
  • Strong assessment, case management, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct therapy and intervention services for students at two elementary school sites
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments 1-2 days per week
  • Manage caseload documentation, IEP development, progress monitoring, and student goal setting
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Provide professional input for eligibility and re-evaluation meetings as needed
