What you'll bring:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Previous K-5 or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in assessments, intervention planning, and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Flexibility to work between two school sites and adapt to specific scheduling needs
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct therapy and support for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Conducting assessments, writing evaluation reports, and managing caseload paperwork
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs and best practices
- Providing consultation and training for school staff as needed
- Serving at two elementary campuses, with targeted support and assessments 1-2 days per week
- Maintaining clear, timely, and compliant records
