Responsibilities and Daily Impact:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services for students, including assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Use evidence-based strategies to address communication needs and improve student outcomes.
- Facilitate group and individual sessions for a diverse caseload of up to 65 (full-time).
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation for all students served.
- Participate in IEP meetings and actively communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification is required.
- Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish rapport with students, staff, and families.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for managing and prioritizing a varied caseload.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with openings for both full-time and part-time engagement.
