Speech-Language Pathologist in Hayward, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary students
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a small group of elementary students
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policy
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and caregivers to support each student’s unique learning needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to assist in student development
