Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a small group of elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policy
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and caregivers to support each student’s unique learning needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to assist in student development
