Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license, ASHA CCC preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for serving diverse student populations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• SLPAs must be eligible for clinical supervision if applying

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to inform individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement engaging intervention strategies tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
