Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid and current state licensure as an SLP or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date
- CCC certification or qualification as a Clinical Fellow
- Previous experience with high school-aged students strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in-person and able to commute to the assigned campus
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs, tracking measurable goals and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and communication
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state reporting requirements
- Support students’ academic and social participation by developing functional communication skills
