This full-time, contract opportunity centers on a high school population and is ideal for skilled SLPs, whether you've achieved your Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) eager to further develop your expertise. This district values hands-on, on-site care and will not consider teletherapy (VOCO) applicants. The hiring process moves quickly with a streamlined two-round interview sequence—one virtual, followed by an in-person meeting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid and current state licensure as an SLP or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date
  • CCC certification or qualification as a Clinical Fellow
  • Previous experience with high school-aged students strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in-person and able to commute to the assigned campus

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication and language disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs, tracking measurable goals and progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and communication
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state reporting requirements
  • Support students’ academic and social participation by developing functional communication skills
