Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license for California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, serving K-12 caseloads
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students of all backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain and update student documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input to support student success
