Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, serving K-12 caseloads
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students of all backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain and update student documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input to support student success
