Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California (SLP or SLPA)
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong candidates with SLPA credentials will be considered
  • Experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, parents, and students
  • Compassionate, patient, and skilled in supporting children with diverse speech and language needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Document progress and communicate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Collaborate with educators to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Attend team meetings and provide support throughout the school year
