Qualifications:

• Current and valid SLP - CCC licensure
• Demonstrated experience providing SLP services within a K-12 educational setting
• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms (VOCO preferred, but training will be provided)
• Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and progress monitoring
• Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA regulations

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students via virtual platforms, following IEP goals and state guidelines
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to foster student growth and participation
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of student progress and therapy notes
• Contribute to the IEP process through periodic meetings and student updates
