Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to address communication goals
  • Conducting therapy sessions that inspire and empower progress in speech and language skills
  • Carefully monitoring and documenting each student's journey and achievements
  • Collaborating with educators, psychologists, and allied professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic support
  • Actively engaging and educating families on strategies to reinforce lessons outside of therapy

Qualifications for this role:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain), approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are welcome
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to function both autonomously and within a team environment
