Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hayward, CA

This full-time, contract-based position calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to make a genuine impact within a school-based setting. Multiple openings are available, and professionals with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with school-age children, from preschool through 8th grade, is highly desirable
• Strong diagnostic, intervention, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct individual and group therapy for students identified under child find procedures and throughout K-8 grades
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and standardized testing to determine speech/language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
