Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active California SLP license or CF eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in school settings or pediatric populations highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners from a variety of backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results for parents and educators
- Design and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and functional needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
This is a contract position that offers the flexibility and variety of traveling between school sites within a supportive community atmosphere.
