Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
  • Provide direct therapy focused on achieving measurable speech and language goals
  • Document progress meticulously, ensuring clear records for student growth and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, psychologists, and additional specialists to develop coordinated approaches for student care
  • Involve and educate families, empowering them to support their child’s development outside of therapy sessions

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
