Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid SLP license in California or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certification or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Excellent communication, collaborative, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across a variety of age groups
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support students' educational goals
  • Maintain detailed records, session notes, and meet compliance requirements
