Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license in California or eligibility to obtain one
- Certification or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Excellent communication, collaborative, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across a variety of age groups
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support students' educational goals
- Maintain detailed records, session notes, and meet compliance requirements
- Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school events as assigned
