Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible licensure in California as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • School-based and/or pediatric experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Lead therapy sessions that promote measurable progress toward communication goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and monitor each student’s progress
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and other specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Involve families by providing education and guidance throughout the therapy process
