Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Previous experience in school settings highly preferred
• Skilled in assessments, IEP development, and providing direct services to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Experience overseeing and collaborating with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to a school-aged population
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to maximize student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and therapy progress
• Participate in meetings, IEP reviews, and required professional development
• Supervise SLPAs as needed
