Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state license (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Compassion for working with children from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services—both individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain required documentation and measure student growth
  • Participate in team meetings and student-centered conferences as needed
