Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Proven experience working in educational settings is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
- Develop and implement targeted IEP-driven therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student success
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of student educational plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to students across various age groups and communication needs
