Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Proven experience working in educational settings is a plus
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
  • Develop and implement targeted IEP-driven therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student success
  • Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of student educational plans
  • Provide direct and consultative support to students across various age groups and communication needs

This contract position offers competitive compensation ranging from $55 to $70 an hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
