Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
  • Experience or interest in working with school-aged children, from early childhood through high school
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work with varied caseloads and age groups

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
  • Provide direct therapy and interventions to students across a range of age groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services provided
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
