Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Eligible for state licensure and school-based credentialing
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Adaptability to varying caseloads and student needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering direct speech-language therapy to students onsite
  • Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and monitoring student progress
  • Documenting all services and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Consulting with teachers and families to implement communication strategies in the classroom
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Adjusting to caseload and assignment flexibility as specific details are finalized during the interview process
