Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for state licensure and school-based credentialing
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy to students onsite
- Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and monitoring student progress
- Documenting all services and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consulting with teachers and families to implement communication strategies in the classroom
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Adjusting to caseload and assignment flexibility as specific details are finalized during the interview process
