Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Provide both individual and group therapy in alignment with IEP goals
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Offer guidance and consultation to staff and families regarding communication strategies and supports
