Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to organize caseloads and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with varied speech and language needs
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and communicate progress with parents, teachers, and staff
- Maintain timely and thorough records in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development
