Job Type Contract To Hire

Step into a rewarding contract-to-hire position supporting students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), working full-time from July 31, 2026, through May 27, 2027. In this dynamic school-based setting, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate within an educational team and make a lasting impact on a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to organize caseloads and documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with varied speech and language needs
  • Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and communicate progress with parents, teachers, and staff
  • Maintain timely and thorough records in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
