School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Heath Springs, South Carolina

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CF) at several school sites. This onsite role offers a dynamic environment where you'll help students in grades K–5 develop critical communication skills over the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Valid South Carolina LLR and Educator Certificate
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with elementary populations
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work onsite daily at multi-school locations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students (caseload: 30–35 students, K–5th grade)
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with educational standards
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school-based activities as required

This position is a contract opportunity spanning the 2026–2027 school year, working approximately 35–37.5 hours per week from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. You’ll join a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact young learners’ success.
