Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Heathsville, Virginia

This contract role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia SLP license (required)
• CCC-SLP, pediatric SLP, or SLP-CFY experience strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
• Background in healthcare SLP settings welcomed
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Passion for delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress and services rendered
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
