Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hedgesville, West Virginia

This full-time contract opportunity is near Hedgesville, WV, and is available for the 2026-2027 academic year. The school is specifically seeking an SLP who will be on-site for the full National School Year, offering direct services as they transition away from virtual SLPs.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion accepted
• Background in school-based speech-language pathology, pediatric therapy, or healthcare SLP settings
• SLPA experience in schools welcomed
• Ability to develop and implement personalized student therapy plans
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and experience working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students according to IEP mandates
• Conduct assessments to develop measurable speech-language goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide updates to the educational team
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and progress reports
