There are three full-time onsite positions available, as well as three part-time openings, with flexible virtual (voco) options for part-time roles. All positions span the entire school year, fostering impactful and consistent connections with your students. Bilingual proficiency is an essential requirement—your linguistic abilities will be valued as you serve a diverse community.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred, with strong knowledge of best practices in K–12 educational settings
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across a range of grade levels
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans or IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services (onsite for full-time; virtual for part-time, if preferred)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and reporting requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to the school community
