Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Helotes, TX

There are three full-time onsite positions available, as well as three part-time openings, with flexible virtual (voco) options for part-time roles. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• School-based experience preferred, with strong knowledge of best practices in K–12 educational settings
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across a range of grade levels
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans or IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services (onsite for full-time; virtual for part-time, if preferred)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring
• Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and reporting requirements
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to the school community
