Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY candidates welcomed)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language required
  • Experience or familiarity with school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Knowledgeable in assessment procedures for infants and toddlers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a flexible, limited weekly schedule

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct formal speech and language evaluations for students under three years old
  • Follow standardized testing protocols and best practices
  • Document and interpret results, providing clear, concise written evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other professionals as needed
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to early childhood special education
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all records
